Vault'd is a mobile website where creators can sell locked digital drops
and fans can buy one-time permanent unlocks. By using Vault'd, you agree
to these terms and the policies on this page.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create, sell, buy, or unlock content on Vault'd.
You are responsible for keeping your login email, phone, and account access secure.
Vault'd may restrict or close accounts that create risk, violate policy, abuse refunds, or attempt fraud.
Purchases
A purchase unlocks access to the specific drop purchased. Unlocks are intended to remain in the fan library unless a refund, dispute, policy issue, or account issue requires removal.
Creators set the content price. Buyers may also see a separate Privacy & security fees line before checkout.
Payment processing, card handling, creator onboarding, and payout requirements are handled by Stripe or another approved payment provider.
Creator responsibilities
Creators must own or have rights to sell everything they upload or link.
Creators must describe drops honestly and deliver the content promised.
Creators must follow the Content Policy and payment processor rules.

Vault'd collects only the information needed to operate accounts, sell
drops, process payments, prevent fraud, deliver support, and comply with
legal obligations.
Information we collect
Account details such as email, phone number, role, handle, and profile settings.
Creator payout status, Stripe connected account IDs, checkout session IDs, payment IDs, receipts, and operation history.
Uploaded file metadata, private storage object paths, support tickets, reports, audit logs, and basic technical logs.
How we use information
To authenticate users, create drops, process purchases, deliver permanent unlocks, and provide signed download links.
To send login links, receipts, payout notices, support replies, and security alerts.
To investigate reports, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, copyright issues, and policy violations.
Service providers
Vault'd may use providers such as Stripe for payments and Connect onboarding,
Supabase for database/private storage, Resend for email, and Twilio for
phone verification. Vault'd does not store card numbers, raw identity
documents, SSNs, or bank logins.
Your choices
Contact support@vaultd.me to request account help, data access, correction,
deletion, or privacy support. Some records may be retained when needed for
transactions, legal compliance, abuse prevention, accounting, disputes, or security.
Safety

Vault'd is built for lawful creator files, templates, courses, e-books,
podcasts, media packs, and private digital downloads. Payment processor
rules apply to every creator and every drop.
Not allowed
Sexually explicit material, pornography, sexual services, escort services, adult live chat, or content sold for sexual gratification.
Any content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or sexual abuse material.
Content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contract rights.
Illegal goods or services, weapons instructions, malware, credential theft, scams, fraud, or financial deception.
Doxxing, threats, harassment, hate, extremism, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, or content that creates safety risk.
Enforcement
Vault'd may hide, remove, refund, freeze, or report content if it appears
to violate this policy, payment partner rules, or the law. Repeated or
serious violations can lead to account suspension and payout holds where permitted.

Digital drops are delivered after purchase, so sales are generally final.
Vault'd may review refund requests when there is a duplicate charge,
unauthorized purchase, inaccessible content, missing promised content,
fraud, or a policy issue.
Approved refunds may revoke the buyer's access to the unlocked drop.
Chargebacks and disputes may immediately revoke access while the payment is reviewed.
Creator payout timing can be affected by refunds, disputes, fraud checks, or payment processor holds.

DMCA and Takedown Policy

Vault'd respects copyright and responds to complete copyright complaints.
Send notices to support@vaultd.me with enough detail for Vault'd to review
the claim and locate the content.
Copyright notice should include
Your name, email, address, and phone number.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
The Vault'd URL, drop ID, creator handle, or other information needed to locate the reported content.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Vault'd may remove or restrict reported content and may provide creators
a chance to respond where appropriate. Repeat infringers can lose access
to selling tools.
Creators
Creator Payout Rules

Creators must connect their own Stripe payout account before receiving payouts.
Stripe handles required bank, tax, identity, and payout onboarding details. Vault'd stores payout readiness status, not raw bank or identity documents.
Vault'd currently keeps 10% of the creator-side content price. Buyers may see a separate 15% Privacy & security fees line at checkout.
Payouts can be delayed or blocked by Stripe requirements, refunds, disputes, fraud checks, tax issues, policy reviews, or legal obligations.
