Vault'd collects only the information needed to operate accounts, sell drops, process payments, prevent fraud, deliver support, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Vault'd may use providers such as Stripe for payments and Connect onboarding, Supabase for database/private storage, Resend for email, and Twilio for phone verification. Vault'd does not store card numbers, raw identity documents, SSNs, or bank logins.

Your choices

Contact support@vaultd.me to request account help, data access, correction, deletion, or privacy support. Some records may be retained when needed for transactions, legal compliance, abuse prevention, accounting, disputes, or security.

Vault'd is built for lawful creator files, templates, courses, e-books, podcasts, media packs, and private digital downloads. Payment processor rules apply to every creator and every drop.

Not allowed

Enforcement

Vault'd may hide, remove, refund, freeze, or report content if it appears to violate this policy, payment partner rules, or the law. Repeated or serious violations can lead to account suspension and payout holds where permitted.

Digital drops are delivered after purchase, so sales are generally final. Vault'd may review refund requests when there is a duplicate charge, unauthorized purchase, inaccessible content, missing promised content, fraud, or a policy issue.
